Top Cuts moved at the start of 2009 to a beautiful new location.

We opened our doors in July of 2002 as the first store to lease space in the then new Sturgeon Center. A lot has changed on Cooper street in the years since. Exploding population growth in Mansfield and South Arlington has meant increased traffic as well as greater competition. New retail centers sprouting up on either side of the road are rapidly filling with restaurants, nail and hair salons, and just about anything else you could imagine.

On Jan 2009 we moved our location to a new business park just north of our old location. We are still on S. Cooper (hwy 157) but are now just north of Harris road across from the YMCA. You can't miss our new Top Cuts sign and our beautiful new salon!
